1. Agreement

These terms apply to the Harbor Siege game ("the Game") provided by Bant Games ("we"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you download the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if these terms conflict with it, Apple's agreement prevails for iOS users.

2. Age

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and supervise any purchase.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the Game, use cheats, bots or modified clients, or interfere with ads, purchases, leaderboards or the services that support them, except as permitted by law.

4. Virtual items and Command Points

Command Points, stars, medals, ranks and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change game balance, rewards and content to keep the Game fun and fair.

5. Purchases

The optional "Remove ads" purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple or Google. Prices, payment, taxes and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms; you can restore the purchase on another device signed in to the same store account from Settings → Restore purchases. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

6. Ads

The free version shows ads, including optional rewarded ads and short ads between missions. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.

7. Third-party services

Leaderboards, achievements and cloud save are provided by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, under their own terms. Their availability is outside our control.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We try to keep your progress, but saved data stored only on your device can be lost if you delete the Game or change devices without cloud save.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts or consumer arbitration committees available to you there.
